Returns & Refund Policy

Glassmaster Industries Inc

• All customers have the ability to return, for full film credit, any product that does not meet their expectations.  Call tags are issued at Glassmaster's expense to cover return shipping costs.
• Full Film Credit will be applied as a credit on account for a roll returned.  If other than a full roll is returned an estimate of the remaining film is calculated from the weight and a corresponding credit is applied.
• Should a customer request a trade out for a different product, they will pay only for the shipping costs of the new film, unless the new film requested has a different cost base from the film returned.  See your pricing plan for potential differences.
